我的问题已通过以下方式得到解决：
1) 1)我安装了 USB2ANY Explorer-2.8.2.0并运行它；在它之后、我的 Reference Pro 被识别并刷写到2.8.2.0固件。
2) 2)我启动了 TICSPro、并将我的卡刷写到固件2.7.0.0中。
之后、我的板完全重新铺好了。
