将 AGND 和 LGND 视为单个 GND。 拆分 ADC 的接地平面将导致接地回路问题、这与电源 IC 不同、电源 GND 和 AGND 应分离并连接在 PCB 的一个特定位置。 我建议将所有 AGND 和 LGND 引脚拉至中心接地焊盘。 确保堆叠中有足够的 PCB GND 层。 很遗憾、我没有可供您参考的 EVM 板级配置文件。
