是的、在不为器件供电的情况下向 ADS7828输入施加电压可能会导致长期可靠性问题和/或器件永久损坏。 将输入电流限制在10mA 以下有助于降低损坏风险、但如果这种情况经常发生、最好避免对输入施加应力。 模拟开关或具有使能引脚的运算放大器缓冲器是解决该问题的可接受方法。
