我建议客户测量客户 PCB 上的封装顶部温度。 LM98620 psi JT 为0.3C/W 根据数据表第8页、 预期典型功率为1020mW。 因此、芯片温度可能比您的封装顶部测量温度高0.3*1.04=~0.5C。
