ADS124S08的实际额定温度低至-55°C 该器件在-55°C 下工作正常 仅将器件指定为低至-50°C 的原因很简单、是因为存在导出控制。 额定温度范围为-55°C 至+125°C 的24位 ADC 将受到出口限制。
