THVD1500 在总线引脚上不支持 60V 容差（此特定器件仅为 18V）。 请查看 THVD24xx 系列器件。 A 和 B 引脚上的额定故障容错电压高达 70V。
此外、THVD15xx 和 THVD24xx 都是现代收发器、具有内部上拉/下拉电阻、适用于总线空闲时。 这称为内部失效防护偏置。 因此总线上不需要额外的上拉/下拉电阻器。
