根据下面的 USB1.1技术规格、在 VBUS 出现之前它不能为 DP/DM 供电。
但在自供电模式下 、TUSB2036将在复位后在 DP0PUR 上提供3.3V 电压。 它也没有检查 VBUS 电源。
