R2A25416SP 支持"待机"模式、在该模式下、发送器和接收器处于低功耗状态、并通过单独的唤醒检测电路监测 CAN 总线。 因此、更直接的替换器件是 TCAN1042 (支持相同模式)、而不是 TCAN1051 (而是支持接收器电路保持完全激活的"静音"模式)。 我发现的 R2A25416SP 数据表是日语版、因此可能存在一些我无法检测到的微小差异、但从我可以看出这两款器件的功能应该非常相似。
