最高结温有两种类型：建议的最高和绝对最高。
对于建议的最大值：85°C 就是答案。
对于绝对最大结温、我会根据 Vcc 电平设定限值.....
Vcc>3.6V 时 ，我建议您保持在~90C 以下
在 Vcc<=3.6V 时、您应该保持在105C 以下
