对元件进行"环境筛选"后、测量漏电流。 断电且 Vo = 0V 时、-OUT 引脚上的电流测量值为+120uA、这表示 OUT-引脚有120uA 的电流流入其。 无论测量值超过数据表 规格、我都不会将这视为问题。
