感谢您的联系。 如您所述、ISO7731和 ISO6731仅采用最大支持8mm 爬电距离的封装。 我们还有另一个增强型数字隔离器系列 ISO7831、它支持可提供14.5mm 爬电距离的附加封装(超宽体 SOIC、DWW)。 这应适合客户应用。
