感谢您的联系。 ISO7231M 数据表的9.3.3节提供了与认证相关的详细信息。 如下图所示、该器件仅支持基本隔离。
ISO7231M 是我们较旧的器件之一、我们建议您使用可提供更好性能的最新一代器件。 ISO77xx 为各种通道配置提供增强型隔离、还提供各种封装选项。 ISO7731将与 ISO7231M 引脚兼容、因此我建议您使用 ISO7731。
