ISOW1432的数据表指定室温下的隔离电阻 RIO 为10TΩ Ω。 由于这是隔离栅的电阻、因此可以通过除以施加的 RIO 电压来计算通过隔离栅的电流。 即、1TΩ 施加的电压为1kVDC、则通过隔离栅的漏电流将为~1nA (=1kV/μ s)。 谢谢。
