工具与软件：
上电期间(当 VCCA 高于0V 但低于1.2V 时)、输出可能无法正常工作；因此、建议在上电期间将 OE 拉至低电平。
如果您不关心上电期间的输出状态、则可以将 OE 直接连接至 VCCA。
