我们没有带有 DML3017器件的 P2P 器件。 按功能分类的 TPS22811是一个很好的匹配项(但与二极管器件相比、电流能力更低)。 如果它们希望匹配电流能力、则可以并联使用 TPS22811、也可以使用 TPS25982、这是一款24V/15A 器件。
