VSS 至 RTN 肖特基二极管是可选的。
当有从 VSS -> VSS 的共模电流时、该二极管将有助于旁路或缓解内部 RTN-RTN 内部热插拔和体二极管。 在某些 ESD 测试中、该二极管将提高针对 ESD 的耐用性、以保持芯片正常工作。 但这并不是强制性的。
