增大 itimer 将对预期运行产生两个影响。
1.更大的 iltimer 电容将在故障后需要更长的时间进行充电、因此如果发生多个故障事件、则第二个事件可能会在完整的 ITIMER 延时时间之前创建 OCP 响应。
2.在启动期间、我们不希望 ITIMER 保持低电平并导致错误的故障跳闸、因此我们必须相应地调整启动（dVdt 电容）、以便 ITIMER 充电时间短于启动时间。
