您能解释一下他们关心的问题吗？ 在稳态期间、器件的功率耗散为 I^2*R = 25*45m Ω（最坏情况 ron）= 1.125W（典型计算值约为该值的一半）。
使用 RJA、我们可以计算出温度为 41.7*1.125 + T_ambient =~72C。 在典型情况下、结温将~48C。
