“A"版本“版本提供与原始版本等效的器件和 PCB 布局。 但是、它在 12 英寸晶圆厂上制造并带有内部测试和组装功能、这大大提高了可用性。 最初的 LM5143-Q1 来自另一家制造工厂、因此现在适合选择 LM5143A-Q1。
