目前、我们没有具有 15mm CPG 的双通道隔离式栅极驱动器。
UCC21520 或 UCC21550 将是具有超宽封装的双通道隔离式驱动器。
我们的 CPG 确实有一个>15.7mm 的单通道隔离式栅极驱动器。
该驱动器可能更适合该应用。
