如果Protections:SCD:Recovery Time设置为 5 并且SCDL:Latch Limit设置为 1、并且在不到 5 秒内检测到负载检测、那么只有 SCDL 在 SCD 保持有效状态时才会清零、FET 也会保持关断状态吗？
