关于 TO-220封装的螺钉扭矩规格， 我不相信我们有。 我‘re的唯一指导是3到6英寸磅或80 N-cm 作为“推荐”的起点，最大扭矩力取决于螺钉和材料的大小。
我认为，从 TI 的角度看，只要符合热考虑并且设备不会受到损坏，客户就可以自行决定如何将设备安装到 PCB 上。
