What is the difference in hardware between LMR14020SQDDARQ1 
and LMR14020SSQDDARQ1 (Spread Spectrum)? The data sheet seems to be
based on LMR14020, but will there be any difference in EMC testing
(CISPR25, ISO16750, etc.)? Also, are there any differences in cost, 
delivery time, or production volume? I apologize for the inconvenience,
