TLV755P 在内部由 IN 电源轨供电、因此如果 IN 降至0V、则无法对输出节点进行主动放电、因为有源放电电路将无法驱动您用红色圈出的下拉 CMOS 器件。
从数据表第7.4.3节中：
'当提供足够的输入电压时、有源下拉电阻打开'
