这是一个建议的运行条件、而不是严格的限制。 ℃、Vout 可扩展至28V 或更高、但随着 Vout 增大、在相同的 IO 条件下功率会变大、并且 IC 的功率损耗和温度上升会变高、Tj 将超过150 μ V。 如果您确实需要设计 Vo>24V 电路、您可以共享运行条件以供我们检查。
