驱动器输出的峰值电流为自限值、设计人员无需在设计中作出规定来限制该值。 驱动器本身在驱动无栅极电阻的容性负载时不会出现任何问题。 尽管我们确实建议配置外部栅极电阻、以便设计人员可以优化功率器件开关时间。
但是、设计人员必须观察设计以确保不超过 IOUT_DC 额定值。 如果驱动器驱动电容式负载、峰值电流持续时间短、这通常不是问题。
