请注意、反相降压/升压(IBB)设计中受控器件的电压为 Vin +|-Vout|= 75V + 60V = 135V。 这超出了 LM5145的额定值。 如果您可以减小输出电压范围、请考虑使用 LM5146或 LM5116 100V 控制器。
