不建议在新设计中使用 TPS54560。 我建议改为查看 TPS54560B、它与 TPS54560引脚对引脚兼容。
TPS54561是一款具有可控软启动引脚的10引脚器件、而 TPS54560/B 是一款不具有可控软启动功能的8引脚器件。
如果客户关心浪涌电流或提供电源定序、我建议使用 TPS54561 10引脚器件。
