根据所附的波形、VIN 和 Vout 下降到大约相同的值。 因此、这可能是由系统接地或系统噪声引起的。
此外、尽管 VIN 从2V 下降、从12Vin 下降到10Vin、TPS54628仍然可以工作、Vout 也不会下降。 我们可以在输出电压下降(放大)期间测量 SW 波形、以验证此假设。 如果 SW 开关正常、则下降不是由 TPS54628引起的。
