您的终端设备是什么？ 您的电路板有多少层？
为了获得更好的散热效果、您可以尝试使用大型电路板、厚铜、大 PGND 面积、更多 PGND 过孔并将两个 NC 引脚连接到 GND。 是否可以添加散热器？
