输入上的-0.5V 持续22ns 应该是可以的、但这可能是由长探针接地引线专门测量引起的。
确保客户使用 Tip & Barrel 方法或短接 GND 探针连接来捕获测量值。
供参考的 UCC27524A (最大-5V 绝对电压)也可用、并且是 P2P、除了输入端具有更好的负电压处理能力外、它具有相似的性能。
