是的、LP2995可用于 DDR4终端。 您无需使用外部分压器、只需将 VDDQ 电压连接到 VDDQ 引脚即可。
与 LP2995相比、TPS51200具有使能引脚和 PGOOD 输出、并使用 VDDQ 作为 LDO 输入电压而不是 VIN。
另一个选项是 TPS51206、它也可用于 DDR4终端。
