55度环境温度下、IC 加热至105度。
您能不能为设计计算 IC VSS 引脚和 GND 之间的电阻提供帮助。

您能否在 VG1/VG2关闭时测试 VD1/2的电压？ 它将用于计算 VSS 引脚与 GND 之间的电阻。
BTW、增加 VG1/2与 SR MOSFET 栅极之间的电阻对于降低 UCC24624的温度也很有用。
