在输入电压瞬时停止的某些情况下，Vcomp 电压可能不会下降 ，然后输入电压再次下降，在这种情况下，由于即使没有重新启动，当 Vcomp 完全放电时，停止时间也将为1毫秒。 控制器甚至需要完全重启、这会导致在200ms 时启动时间更长。
对于该控制器、这两个 evens 都应该是正常的逻辑。
