结温在内部受到限制、因此我们不对其进行规格说明。 相反、我们更喜欢使用最高125°C 的环境温度。
任何推荐的用例都应处于该最高环境温度范围内。
仅供设计参考、假设流经器件的最大电流为130mA、则可以使用热公式 Tj-Ta/R_t、j、a = P_diss、其中 P_diss 为 I^2 * R_on 计算直流结温。
