通常、我们不建议在栅极连接这些引脚、因为开启和关闭栅极有高脉冲拉电流/灌电流、可能不足以满足输入级要求。 此外、栅极上的任何反向瞬变都可能损坏 INx 上的逻辑级。 IN+可连接到 VDD、EN 和/或由 GATE 信号控制的外部电路。
IN-可连接 GND 或 VDD、具体取决于配置。
