根据数据表的第8.3.3节和表6.1、INx 引脚可能等于或低于 VCCI 电压。
由于这些原因、INX 电压不应超过 VCCI 电压、我们通常建议 INX 引脚上有足够的裕量来防止可能导致 INX 超过 VCCI 的瞬态和 GND 反弹。
