感谢您关注 TI FET。 数据表中的图是正确的。 从顶部看、引脚1位于左上角、如推荐的 PCB 布局所示。 显示封装引脚位置的机械制图从底部看、封装翻转并且引脚1位于右下角。 Ultra Librarian 生产的封装似乎交换了引脚1和2。 对任何混淆表示歉意。 数据表始终优先于其他文档。
