我们的隔离式双通道栅极驱动器通常具有死区时间控制功能、与互锁功能相同。
死区时间用于防止高侧和低侧 FET 同时导通、方法是注入用户控制的延时时间、在下一次开关转换发生之前将两个通道保持为低电平。
UCC21222具有 UCC21220的所有特性以及可编程死区时间。
