齐纳二极管应靠近栅极驱动器 IC 引脚放置、以限制 DESAT 引脚上的电压。 齐纳二极管可以高于 DESAT 阈值电压并低于引脚的最大电压、即小于 VCC2。 EVM 给出了使用12V 齐纳二极管 MMSZ5242B-7-F (如 用户手册中所示)的示例。
