对于电池平衡连接、是否应按照下图所示的方式进行连接？

电池平衡是否仅在电池组处于充电状态时发生？

仅当任何电池超过 数据表图7中所示的 VCBTL- VCBTH 阈值时、才会进行电池平衡。

那么、如果 电池组在充电后未实现平衡、电池平衡算法将无法正常工作？

您能否提供电池平衡算法清晰的一些资源？
