通常、对于这种类型的延迟、当您考虑器件间和温度变化时、变化可能高达+/- 50%、但您很少看到偏差超过+/- 30%。 因此、您可能看到的最坏情况上升时间可能低至5mV/us、但这只会在极少的单元和高温下发生。
