如果您需要放电 FET、则没有放电 FET、因为该器件的设计目的是使电容器能够在系统电源切断时立即为应用供电。 与电池不同、能够将超级电容器放电至0V、因此无需在超级电容器达到特定电压电平后保护其进一步放电。
