感谢您为客户提供 LM5104支持。 HO 引脚是浮动高侧栅极驱动器、HS 引脚作为高侧返回基准。
相对于接地的 HO 电压将为 HO= VDD-VF + HV。 这假设高侧开关在打开时饱和至 HV。
