最有可能在回流期间、使用的气流将电源模块上的两个0201电容器吹出。 我建议在焊接过程中降低气流。 此外、为了便于焊接、电路板底部的热板/空气加热有助于使电路板达到适当的温度、并且需要更少的气流来熔化焊料。
