数据表中指定的上升/下降时间将根据栅极驱动电压范围、负载电容器、PCB 布局、栅极电阻等而变化。
d/s 指定了定义条件下的驱动器开关参数。 根据您所关注的负载、预期上升/下降时间会发生变化、如图10所示、我们在图10中提供了不同的负载值及其对 IC 上升/下降时间的影响。
