输出电压可能因不同的损坏原因而变化。 如果高侧 FET 损坏、Vout 可能是 VIN 的值。 如果您希望保护由 TPS54302供电的电路、可以在 TPS54302外部添加过压保护电路。
TPS54302具有内部过压保护功能、可实现正常运行。
