对于散热、通常我们建议首先优化电路板布局、您可以为 Vin/PGND 网络放置大铜平面以提高电路板散热能力、还可以在 PGND 平面上添加一些过孔以帮助散热传导到其他层以实现散热。
当然、如果添加散热器或冷却风扇、效果会更好。
对于布局参考、您只需将 EVM 设计作为参考即可。
