客户面临的问题是，即使 VCC 超过上升阈值3.98V 和 EN/UVLO 1.24V，开关操作也不会从待机模式恢复。
查看数据表中的7.3.10启用/欠压锁定、LM5161应在上述条件下开始标称开关操作。
是否有从待机模式恢复的条件？
