是的、LM2677上必须具有输入反极性保护。
高侧 MOSFET 在 SW 输出和 VIN 之间具有寄生二极管。
这是正 VIN 的反向偏置、但如果 VIN 为负、则有两个二极管(来自 GND)会传导有害的反向电流。
